1 whole ribeye 10-14 lbs
1 whole onion
2 jars sliced mushrooms(4oz)
1 can beef consumme
1 pkg brown powder gravy
spray olive oil & Greek Seasoning (CAVENDAR's is the best)
-------Olive oil on meat, rub or spray generously use grk seasoning on
complete ribeye. Place on rotisserie. In sauce pan pour mushrooms, one can
water, consumme, diced onion
Rotisse on high for about 1 hour, turn to lower setting & cook for
about 1 hr. more. Pour ingredients of drip pan into saucepan and add 1 pkg
brown, onion, or mushroom gravy mix. Bring to slow boil
