JNR Model specific features include: 30,000 BTU's of cooking power and a fold-down stainless steel side shelf with tool holders. Why TEC?

Cooking with 100% infra-red energy uses 60% less gas and greatly reduces shrinkage and moisture loss. Even well done meats remain tender & juicy.

Burners are non-mesh stainless steel burners.

Uniform distribution of heat across the cooking surface is provide as well as virtually no flare ups.  Heat control from 300 degress to 1600 degrees.

What makes TEC different?

  The radiant glass panel vaporizes all food drippings and marinades, maximizing outdoor charbroil flavor. The glass panel is layered over the burner eliminating all air space between burner & meat.

Air space between the meat and burner system (as in conventional gas grills) creates the drying out of meat and loss of juices. Hot air dries out any moisture just as clothes dryers dry out the moisture in clothing.

The gas grill market offers other grills that advertise the thermal radiant energy system.Tho other brands found in mass merchandising retail establishments is not the same quality of the TEC technology discussed here.
